squatting VW bugs in here I see
both are preWO so really not meant to be stacked since some of the effects would be redundant (ie focus, energy, endurance)
with that being said, Predator does provide a bit more endurance and Beast Mode a bit more focus.
Predator caffeine = 20mgs per cap I believe
Beast Mode = 300 mgs per serving (2 scoops)
Although I can't advise combining a full serving of each (since that would be around 500mgs of caffeine), if someone where to experiment with altered doses for each, then I would find the results interesting

Yeah, i wouldnt recommend combining them either. I have certainly noticed the endurance increase from Predator.

6 sets of 3 reps with 80% of normal 3-5 rep max 6 sets @ 250lbs x 3These were done w/ only 10-15 seconds of rest between sets+5lbs
Rack chins
3 sets of 8-12 reps 3 sets @ BW + 25lbs x 12/12/12
Seated cable row
3 sets of 8-12 reps 3 sets @ 210lbs x 12
Dumbbell rows
2 sets of 12-15 reps 2 sets @ 100lbs x 15
Close grip pulldowns
2 sets of 15-20 reps 2 sets @ 145 x 15
Nautilus Overhead Press
3 sets of 8-12 reps 3 sets @ 90lbs x 12
Upright rows
2 sets of 12-15 reps 2 sets @ 100lbs x 12
Side lateral raises w/ DBs
3 sets of 12-20 reps 2 sets @ 20lbs x 20
Another VERY good day in the gym!!! I have a few things to say...but, unfortunately, since BB.com was down all last night & I am getting used to the changes, I am gonna have to get to them later. I have just enough time to post this then its off to gym and then work. I am working both jobs today and tomorrow. Hopefully I will have time to update between jobs later today. I will say this however, I am very pleased w/ my results thus far finishing up week two. I will elaborate more later (perhaps do a little "mid-term" review). Have a great day/weekend everybody

Great workout FBS and I am glad to hear that you are pleased with the results you are getting. I believe you stated that bent over rows were once a weakness, I will agree with you that is no longer the case. I like the look of this program the more I see your workouts posted. It really balances power compound movements and isolation movements to still get that pump.
