Haha, perhaps the most common one I hear all the time is "How can I loose weight (fat) and gain muscle and definition".

Yep.
And, "what supplements should I be taking?"
2 + 2 = 5 (for extremely large values of 2)

Another one I see constantly is "how much protein do I need to consume?"
Also...lots of questions related to creatine.

The show goes on
On this specific forum the most asked question is."can I make gains/progress at my age?"

No brain, no gain.
You can't out-train bad nutrition.

This one has many variants....but I always lol at the thinly veiled self-congratulatory questions.
"How do you deal with negative comments from people who are jealous of your hyoogeness? I'm tired of people treating me like a freak just because they are intimidated by my giant muscles and ultra-cut physique. I can't even go to the beach anymore without garnering unwanted attention and endless stares. How do I deal with it? "

That's probably the most common on the ov35 for sure. That and how to lose weight while gaining mass.

Proper research requires effort, and analyses need to be done on the actual data. Why should we do your work for you and how can you think our opiinons would correlate with a proper statistical analysis of the actual posts on the forums? Sounds like you've got a bright future as a climate change researcher!

You all forgot one. Im suprised at you Will.
My right side is much bigger than my left. Should I stop training on that side till it catches up ???

The most common question is "what's the most common question on the forums".
To which I reply, "what's the most common question on the forums".
It can be very confusing.
Really though, and sad as this is, the most common thing I see is "I just started working out, what supplement stack should I take to lose fat and get huge and ripped?". This question is asked before posting diet, split, exercises, form checks, etc. etc. Makes me rage.
Lift hard, rest hard, eat for your goals. All you need. I hate how most people think supplements are what really create gains in the gym. IMO, 99% of supps are a waste of money. All I've ever used is whey and basic vitamins. The supplement industry is full of "get rich quick schemes", that people fall for way to easily.

I can't believe no one has said, "how can I get six-pack abs?"
2 + 2 = 5 (for extremely large values of 2)

Another variant that pops up all the time: Asking a bunch of internet strangers (instead of their doctor) about appropriately training with a serious injury/illness.
"Last month I had a heart transplant, a splenectomy, and had a foot of my colon removed. Do you guys think it is OK for me to go for a 1 rep max squat tomorrow?"

You can, but use knee wraps and a belt. Those increase 1RM by 30%.
