well guys here it is, im finally happy with where i am right now as far as leaness, i wont ever be happy untill im as big as i can possibly be but for 3 years of hard work, im pleased with my progress, this is for anyone who needs a little motivation on losing their fat and wants to see what they will look like when they lose it, i chose a different method of losing my fat then a lot of others on here seem to do, i lifted heavy the whole time and even at higher BF i would do mini clean bulks to add mass every few months, this is why i put on a lot of size and i reccomend everyone do it this way, i dont have the ridiculous amount of loose skin i see on alot of other trans(but i do have some).
also a lot of my progress has been made this last year, i started counting calories instead of just watching what i eat, and yes this is the only way for me from now on "eyeballing it" is bull**** imo you need a scale lol
Well here it is

well there yah have it, my progress(because my goal is to be the biggest and best i can be, so i will always be in progress) over the last 3 years of my life. losing the weight and changing my body has given me amazing confidence, and i now have a new life. I play rugby for a d1 school and i recently started powerlifting(161lbs 265BP, 225SQ, 335DL) my legs are lacking from just never training them but i have been training them for the last 6 months and am going to be bulking for the next 5 months so i hope to add some nice size.

yeh man you read my mind, the wheels are getting there only been training them for about 3 months so nothing special atm maybe ill get some pics of em later, im cutting at around 1700-1900 a day, it varries, so im thinking of lean bulking starting at the end of august for about 3-4months put on some size ill be eating clean at around 2600-2700 1 cheat meal a week, i feel like that should help me put on nice size, min BF, ill throw in some cardio if i think i need it here and there
