102.5x6 226lb +2.5kg +1rep YES. and omg the last rep took about 10 seconds to lockout jesus christ.

60x5 132lb last rep was very hard lol
yes my shoulders are weak in terms of my bench but im trying to fix that, as of the past 3 weeks i have started doing shoulders religiously with this new routine lol
115x11 253lb +5kg/11lb -2reps
135x10 298lb +5kg/11lb -1rep didnt pull 11th down to a satisfactory level.
