Why do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 34 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? Because each time I came back stronger. NEVER GIVE UP. Gym life is about more than muscles getting bigger and weights going up. Its wisdom discipline dedication humility you name it.

i'm going on vaca.
good bye sweet sub 170. gonna take me until aug just flush the mini-dirty-bulk out of my system.
but man, as long as to 30's i bought for trip don't get tight by weeks end, i'm not worried.
it's nothing in the long run.
Plus a little, ok A LOT of carbs for a week is just what I need.
Do you realize you dropped almost 30lbs over the last 3 months?
That is SOLID work.

In! Hopefully I'll have a more stable schedule which will allow me to keep up with my diet and routine and stop slipping up due to stressful days!
Only downside is my birthday falls in this contest! That'll be a blown week as I'm going to be going out all weekend! (Birthday falls on a friday). Will just have to keep my motivation up for the rest!
200 Here I come! (Hoping to finish the current contest around 220-225! 2 Weeks to go!)
