I don't bother trying to fit it in my macros. If i'm gonna eat sushi, i'm gonna make it a cheat.

When I do sushi it always all you can eat and I never count cals/macros. Granted I only go once every couple months or less so I don't call it a cheat meal or iifym, I just enjoy.

doesn't help that one of the places i go has deep fried california rolls that LITERALLY melt in your mouth they are so good.

I fit that **** in there. I just estimate 70 calories per piece and I have around 18 pieces.

This equals 1260 cals. On sushi days, I only eat 1200 cals between when I wake up and 7ish. Then sushi cals occur between 7 and 9. I dont think sushi is really THAT BAD for you calorie wise (unless my average estimate of 70 cals per piece is way too little?)
