I was hoping that any woman who around the height of 5'3 and weighs around 120lbs would be willing to share pics? I'm trying to get an idea of what my own proportions can look like. I have my first competition come fall and I want to see what I'm truly capable of.
Thanks all

I'm 5'3" too
oh wait no...I'm 5'4" I forgot they gave me another inch a few years back and I was happy to receive it thank you. I'm 140 down from 163. I like it but I feel like I should be further along even at this weight. I see other females at 130 or 135 and I'm like dag why do I look sooo much bigger still? I understand that it is the bodyfat difference but I notice that many (not all) women who are in these forum were more or less smaller to begin with and are trying to build up to cut down. I guess I'll just continue to cut but It's really hard to see myself much smaller than this

You look awesome! I get so discouraged by the # on my scale. I swear anytime I see a 5'2' to 5'4" cick that looks fit their stats are always 115- 125lbs, which I don't think i'll ever get to. I'd ove to see 130lbs. This week I'm back on creatine, so my weight is up to 137, so frustrating when my diet is PERFECT according to EM macro sticky. If you don't mind me asking, what is your daily diet like? MAitenance calories, cutting calories?
Thanks!

TCB you look beautiful! Not only do you have GORGEOUS hair (mine only looks that nice with 2 sets of extensions and an hour with the curling iron) but your abs look killer. I'm hoping for that look. I don't want a full six pack haha..i know everyone will think I'm crazy for saying that, but it's just my preference.
Thanks all who have chimed in. I had my trainer take pics last night so I'll get them posted so you can all see this 5'3 girl and where I'm headed

I'm 5'3.5"
This is from last year when I weighed 120 lbs (well, 119.5 lbs if you want to get technical).

5'3" at ~130 lbs, maybe a little less. I don't track my weight as much when I'm off season.

<------- profile pic is around 120. I'd say I'm easily 5lbs - 8lbs up on that now (haven't weighed in a good while). I'd guess I've put on a lb or two of muscle over the past 6 months and because of lax tracking and summer beers a good 5lbs fat. Pah.
Kimm - your post is an eye-opener. You look rock solid at 128 - I'm amazed that you even have 20lbs to drop for competitions. When you diet down how much of the loss do you reckon is fat/lean mass/water?Goal: Peace, love & happiness...and arms that go bump in the night.

I'm encouraged to see some posts by ladies that look awesome at the lower weight numbers. I was convinced I'd never get to the look I want since I've never topped 119 at 5'4".
I slacked off last summer - we were moving and were displaced for about 3-4 months - and gained some fat. Had to go on fat loss and got down to 112. Now working my way back up the scale, trying to regain my muscletone.
