    The Right Pre-Workout

    Im looking for a good pre-workout, My pre-workout supplement is great pre-workout thing is it has 1,3 D which is really strong stimulant. Im looking for something safer and a bit more harmless to the body but as great as in energy and really effective.

    My pre-workout recommends i take 2-4 weeks off my pre-workout but I hit the gym every week so i really dont take off much time at all, I notice im a bit more lazy and get Headaches.
    I really don't know much about ingredients in pre-workouts that are harmful, can anyone help me which ones to look out for and limit in use.

    mate im new to it all aswell, but everyone was raving about APS Mesomorph been taking it for a week now and my workouts have improved 10 fold. Yet to have a crash with it it keeps me going for hours

    I think you should first determine if you want stim or non-stim

    My vote goes to White Flood for stim

    Pump-Bol or Ultima for non-stim

    Of course, you could stack Pump-Bol with a stim....

    its works well for me, but like i say this is the only time i have caffeine and every now and then i dont rely on jus so i dont get use to it, gets me focused and pushes me through my session, everyones different and it also depends on youre daily caffeine intake
