Most important muscle to workout? (Which one to make sure you work out each week?)

Some people in the gym say that the legs are the most important muscle to work out each week because it releases the most testosterone, is this true? I've also heard shoulders. I'm just wondering because if I can only work a limited amount of days this upcoming semester, I'd like to know which muscles not to miss.

    - Legs
    - Shoulders
    - Chest
    - Back
    - Arms
    - Abs

^Those are pretty much all that I work out (unless I combine them to work out multiple muscles each day?)

Ideally, you wouldn't miss any muscle group. Do compound lifts.

Yeah, like avodo said. You can hit all of the bodypart easily with a 4 or 5 day split. You can hit them easier with a 3 day split and lots of compound movements

its kind of a pointless question.

3 day fullbody workout per week, compound lifts hitting all major muscles and your set!
