Alright, what if they made a law that said it was not illegal to shoot someone if they spill a soda on your shirt? So then it would be perfectly moral and justifiable for people to start killing each other over spilled soda?

That's essentially the argument all those saying this guy is so smart is using. That because a law exists on the books means that it is perfectly OKAY for someone to do it.

I bet none of you guys would support Jim Crow laws. Yet those were every bit as LEGAL back in the 50's as this loophole is today. So was it RIGHT to segregate blacks to different schools, to keep them from eating in the same restaurants as white people, etc.? It was legal, according to the law.

LOL at $300,000 though... a house like that in Toronto in an average family-friendly middle-class neighborhood is easily $650,000-700,000 (srs)... and houses that size and style are usually found in the fancier areas where it would actually cost near the $1,000,000-1,250,000
