he has to stay there if he leaves anyone can file the same paper he did walk in the home at take it as soon as hes not there the timer on that 3 years resets so if he stayed for 2 years then left for 1 day the timer goes back to zero. he has to be there at all times. and his ownership is actually up in the air for like 10 years lpus now hes on the news and everyone knows about this house im sure people are watching the house just waiting for him to leave.
