Here is my progress from when I started training in 2007 until now. Type 1 Diabetic for 10 years. Started out at 200lbs at 5'5 (no pics of me when I was that big) First pic is about 165 and now I weigh 167. Crazy recomp

These were taken after my last show (10.1.11), doing pictures in about 6 weeks, and planning on a few shows this summer. I definitely need to get my legs bigger. That was due to me being retarded and not wanting to do legs before I turned 20. work in progress these pics 5'11 186 lbs 3%, now sitting 210 10% with the next show in july. I'm hoping to hop on stage again in the 195ish range w/better conditioning.
