Damn, been awhile since I posted here... to the point where I can't even remember the email or the details for my old account haha...!
Some of you guys look awesome, very inspiring and motivational!
I've literally just started in the gym again after god knows how long out of it, purely just done HIIT/Sprint training for Sport (Rugby Union & League). Got to get myself serious and get some size on me, every guy in my gym (small little competing gym) competes at Bodybuilding or Physique and they all look great, then there's little ol' me in the corner looking like an average joe LOL. Need a serious kick up the arse.
Small little accomplishment which isnt much but finally managed to rack up 10plates on the Leg Press, when I seriously lifted previously I barely managed 6. And broke the 180kg squat I was sitting on for god knows how long... Jumped back into a Split, Chest/Tri, Back/Bi, Quads/Abs, Hams & Calves/Shoulders. No idea how well this'll work but i've noticed my Hamstrings and my left Delts are lacking a huge amount, and makes my physique look damn right ugly and pathetic. Shovelling in weight gainer 3x a day and 3x big meals (and still ****ing hungry after!!) Steadily rocking up in weight... 1st April I was 14st 3lbs, this morning jumped on the scales at 15st 2lb. Metabolism is a nightmare.
Probably not the right place to post this but hopefully you guys can throw some positive criticism my way and help me out...!

got a call out for the finals but didn't get a placing, first time and learned a lot from the experience.

From yesterday after a chest and back workout. Was over an hour after the workout though, so most of the pump was gone.

I did 3 competitions in november
first i lost my class by 1 point (winner took overall)
second was B level i took LHW and second overall
last was nationals and i ****ed everything up
posing routine at nationals which i improved cause i just wanted to play with the crowd i brought to root for me

Nice physique. You're very marketable. Depending on your goals, for competition, you'll need more muscle in certain areas.
