Great thread Wala. It's always cool to see progress behind avi's you regularly see post in this section. Constantly lurk this section and post around Arnold Classic and Olympia comes rolling around. Flipped through this whole thread and saw some great transformations along with some brute strength vids. For myself, I've been training bodybuilding for 4 years straight now. I'm trying decide if I want to get into a natural bb show sometime soon. I started around 155 - 160 lbs and now weight is tipping around 195 lbs now with the similar bf%. Been taking progress pics consistently for the past 2 years and here are some to show my current progress.
2009 - 183 lbs
2011/ 195 lbs

I was like 195-200lbs but i lifted like from 2006 to 2009 or early 2010, then stopped because of some heavy sh*t that was going on in my life, since then i lost the drive to go back to the gym.
I explained all of this on a thread an year or so ago... That pic is from yesterday and yes as i stated i do not lift for almost 2 years or even as much as 2 years...

I lift girls while banging them. I have been giving priority to face aesthetics and a well defined jaw line... Face >>>>>> body
but seriously, i don't lift at all anymore.
The oldest pic i have here in this laptop was 5 or 6 months after stopping the training... I had lost around 15 pounds by then and my bodyfat was a little up because i was all depressive and sh*t so i was always munchin'... I can dig it up if you want.
I never took bodybuilding too seriously, i didn't even reached 3 years of training.John "The pro architect" Hollywood

Scrotus has some really nice muscularity even though he doesn't lift.
I guess you always keep some of it.We're dodging more ninjitsu attacks than Flex Wheeler. We're ducking more bullets than George Farah. We're facing more death than a kid leg pressing at Branch Warren's gym.
You can't stop us. You can't hold us back.
