Just got back home from my first Men's Physique show. Didn't place in the top 5 of a class with 9 guys but I had an awesome time and am happy with the shape I brought.
It's a pretty tough division for a lifetime natural but I'm going to have another crack!

9 guys in my class, I didn't crack top 5 unfortunately but it doesn't bother me one bit. I worked my ass off for the show and was one of the most conditioned there AND 100% drug free. I'm happy with that.Originally Posted by Ajthemeso
