i've always had trouble with my weight since i was a kid, always bullied and moving countries took a toll on me

now this is me taken after a 6 month lay off, 2 weeks into it.

obviously fat is alot higher than what i would like it to be at

but i'm just getting back and want to get back some strength i lost and will start cutting in june for my tip overseas in august

Looking ace Rebel! just practice a bit more on posing hammer those legs and you should do pretty damn well! don't crash your diet but don't be afraid to shred "too fast" (mistake i made)

You're right I don't weigh that much lol. I thought I did, but I weighed myself for the first time in months like 2 days ago and I'm actually around 191-194 right now. For the last 9 months my split was...

Monday-Shoulders/Biceps
Tuesday-Legs
Wed-Off
Thurs-Chest/Triceps
Fr-Back
Sat and Sun-Off

but the past 2 weeks I've been doing...

Mon-Chest
Tues-Back
Wed-Off
Thurs-Shoulders
Fri-Legs
Sat-Arms
Sun-Off

I'll probably stick with this one for a while. I like it so far. Having an arm day is nice.

I eat a lot of cottage cheese and nuts/peanut butter. Love that stuff. While I'm at home for the summer my diet has more variety, I'm not going to list everything, but its mainly different types of fish, pork, steak, chicken, low fat plain greek yogurt, protein shakes, vegetables, fruits, brown rice, oats, jellyfish and sometimes other weird things that are good for you, quinoa, tuna, eggs, similar to what I eat at school but a bit different. While I'm at school its much more plain and its just tons of egg whites, sometimes I'll eat like 60-70+ a week, chicken, tuna, fish, oats, quinoa, fruits, vegetables, cottage cheese, nuts, pasta, peanut butter, protein shakes, whole wheat bread, yogurt and thats pretty much it.

All I take is creatine, protein powder, and fish oil, sometimes beta-alanine.

Repel - same to you mate, looking awesome and as tim said, bit more practice on the posing, mostly fdb (I think maybe bed your forearms a little more so they're not at 90 degrees?) and fls, the rear looks great but in the front your lats don't pop as much but they're clearly there! So just a posing issue I reckon

wheytoday - keep it up dude, that tricep and shoulder tie in is looking good.

i'm really going on diet again tomorrow just 1000 kcal more and if i wanted to junk something i just will... i have to take advantage for the rebound! and not overkilling the junk will allow me to stay lean for the summer (yes, beachboy)

^ looks good, strongpoint is your back thickness, chest/arms seem a bit behind, but you need to find someone for posing advice mate

and you need to cut, 5 weeks out that's not really looking too positive
