    I have a separate arms day that I've kept pretty much exactly the same for the past 10 months. Barbell curls, hammer curls and preacher curls for 3 sets each of 8-10 then rope pushdowns, close grip bench and OH dumbbell extensions for 4 sets each of 8-12. I rest 20-30 seconds between each set and exercise though so I keep the weight fairly light, and I take every set to true failure.

    Until I got deep into my prep I always increased something on each exercise every week, either weight or reps. I train the same kinda way for every body part, but it's easier to increase the reps on arms instead of weight.

    Hope that makes sense haha.

    Nice work guys!! Updates are all looking great, everyone's making progress!!

    I've had an up and down time at the gym due to work commitments and buying a house to rent out (sort of trying to get into property development)

    First day back at the gym properly a few hours ago, smashed shoulders and due to eat my next meal now! Will post up some pics in a couple weeks to show how I look now and how I look then

    I pressed these 135 lb dummbells for 7 the other day (spot on the last rep)

    Only had one guy with a phone there, and I wanted pictures more than videos (for personal reasons)
