Take some more pics in about 3-4 months! I'll be doing the same. Is your back lagging or something (you said "bring up" so I had a feeling it isn't up to par with other parts)?

Yeah it's alright width wide, just not thickness at the moment. Plus I just want a thick slab of back. You can never have a big enough back hah

No before pic (as I didn't want anything to do with any before I had commenced the diet) but this is me down to 79.5kg from 100 since I started in mid September.

(From today)
Also, cool lighting eh.

Cheers Pill. I guess that's the best part of leaning out a bit, your muscle starts looking like actual muscle, lol.

Yes. It's terrible. One of those spur of the moment decisions that I regret. Had it since I was 18. Not cool.

Delts starting to tie in nicely to your arm and separate, and tricep sweep is money.

Thanks, still have ~13 weeks until the end of my planned cut. Hoping to stay above 200 and hit sub6%. Then my vascularity will be full retard. We'll see how it goes. Hopefully, I'll be able to compete this summer, but it kind of depends on what graduate program I go with. Doing the interview process at various universities now, but won't know where I've been accepted until end of April
