hi, im 5'9'' and have been cutting for the last 3 months, ive got down to 11 stone 2 pounds from 12 stone 3 pounds, but im still about 17-19% bf, i want to get to at least 15 before i think about bulking, but 12 if i can
right now im doing 5 days a week, with weds and sunday rest days, this also involves a 5 mile bike ride to and from the gym
i just want to ask, is doing 5 days and 50miles a week on my bike a good idea, or shoud i do 4 days, every other day, and only 40miles
thanks in advance

Nice work dropping 15 lbs. It won't really matter for your weight loss what you do biking between those choices, I'd just say keep it light most days if you are going 5 days per week so you don't get injured.
I see that you are mainly just biking to the gym--treat it as a warmup/cooldown and lactic acid flush, but not part of your workout--just go easy. Pay more attention to what you are doing at the gym than on the way to and from
As for dropping the rest of the weight you want, your diet is what to focus on at this point. Have you calculated your daily calorie requirements?

well accoridng to livestrong, i need to eat 1600 a day to drop a pound a week, and im eating about 1700-2000 a day, but because of the biking and gym, i think im burning 400 a day anyway, so im coming in under and losing about a pound a week on the weeks i dont slip up
btw this is my routine
day 1 - Flat & Decline Bench/OHP/Dips/Shrugs/Crunches
day 2 - Bent Over Rows/Deadlift/T Bar/Hammers/Easy Curl/Chins
day 3 - Rest
day 4 - Squat/Hack Squat/Leg Extentions/Calf Raises
day 5 - Flat and Incline Dumbell Bench/Raises/Skull Crushers/Crunches
day 6 - Front Squat/OHP/Pull Ups/Shrugs/Hammers/Rack Fluff for Back
day 7 - Rest
