Should incline and decline be more than flat bench?..

Ok so I have searched and couldn't find the answer to this...

Here are my vital stats (I'm no professional or monster so don't hate too bad)

    Height 5'4"
    Weight 137

I am currently able to do:

    Decline 140 for 10 reps
    Incline 125 for 10 reps

Now my flat bench is tricky....I am currently able to put a 35 on each side (115 total) but when I add a 5 to each side or put a 45 on each side it seems like a monsterous load...

    So what gives?

Thanks for any help you are able to give me.

    -Kevin

Decline>Flat>Incline, it will show once you start getting stronger... as far as it seeming like a heavy load, you just have to trust your body, when i get under a PR it feels heavy as fawk but my muscles push through...confidence is a big factor imo.

Flat should always be higher in my opinion, maybe your form is not the best at flat bench. Post a vid of you benching

It's either bench form or you have extremely strong shoulders for incline

I'm really not sure...I asked a guy who was pretty built to spot for me today. I repped out incline barbell presses with a 45 on each side for 9 reps, but with the same weight on flat bench I got 2, but wasn't able to bring the bar all the way down to my nipple line...

okay so incline you use more shoulders.

    decline you use more chest.

what im thinking is your shoulders are strong which makes your incline more.

your decline is usually more than your bench so thats normal
