    Getting there.. Most I've done for 5 is 220x5 (485lbs) so I'll be tying my PR. When I did 260/573 I wasn't doing 5's so probably could've gotten more then.

    Meh, average session. 90kg on bench was a joke so thought 105 was going to be piss and it wasn't. Def had 5 in me but annoyed it wasn't easier.

    Did some squats with the bar tonight to see if it hurt. Noticed a tiny bit of pain still. Definitely almost better. Hopefully right to start squatting again on Monday.

    Didn't get the 5 on deads tonight 4th went up pretty slow so I didn't attempt the 5th. I doubt I had 1 more in me but I did, it definitely wouldve been one fugly rep so I called it. Usually pissed off after I miss a weight, but can't complain about it. Most I've had in my hands for quite a while so it felt good. Anyways, I'll attempt it again next week and if I don't get it I'll drop down to triples or something till I stall again!

    Fingers crossed my leg stays ok. Kind of hurts now which I can put up with. If it gets any worse I'll have to stop squatting again. I think I needed one more week for it to recover!
