Squats were feeling great up until the last rep. Not sure wtf happened. Getting stuck half way up totally caught me off guard, was not expecting that to happen at all. 4th rep wasn't even that slow so I thought to myself "got this easy" and bam... I think I didn't put in 100% effort so I didn't have as much momentum coming out of the hole as I needed to and then couldn't recover once I got stuck. I know if I could somehow repeat that rep, I'd get it!! Oh well, I'll get it next week for sure, no biggy.
After failing that rep my I felt fairly drained and unmotivated. 3rd rep on bench was slow and there was no way I was getting 5 so I just racked it. I'll go up to 117.5kg/260 on Friday for the triple and see how it feels then. If it's heavy as fark I may reset back to 105kg or something on Monday.

Fkn chit day today. Felt really drained. Failing on Monday really fkd me up! Even the light squats with 115kgx5 felt heavy.
Only got 2 reps out with 85kg on incline! Failed on the 3rd and got stuck! a guy had to run over and help. Pretty embarrassing. I reckon I couldve gotten the 5 last week with 85kg.
Worked up to 175kgx5 on deads and called it a day. 200kgx5 wasnt going to happen so I stopped there.
Anyways, pretty sure I'm gonna reset everything but we'll wait till Friday before I make the decision. Failing at these ****ty lifts is fkn depressing. No idea wtf I'm doing wrongLast edited by wick; 02-06-2013 at 01:03 PM.

No training for me tonight
There's a good chance I'd chit my pants while riding there and even if I managed not to, I'd then definitely chit my pants doing squats.
Not sure what the hell I've got but it ain't fun. 6pm here now and I've taken 12 dumps so far. Looks like chicken soup. Eaten fuk all today too!!My Madcow Journal - http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=136450181

What's even more gay than that is I'm still sick and won't be lifting for at least a few days Won't be surprised if I've lost 5kg (10lbs) with the amount of food I'm eating
Once I'm better a new log will be happening for fresh start. This one has become depressing & real chitMy Madcow Journal - http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=136450181

I think I'll stay on Madcows for a bit... I don't understand why I haven't been able to get out a lot more out of it as I have in the past.
No idea what I'm going to do next though. I wouldn't mind trying coans bench program and jump on mag/ort again. Squats can go fk themselvesMy Madcow Journal - http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=136450181

Still feeling sick but thought I'd do a sesh anyway. Weight was 101kg so lost about 3-4kg since last week. Everything felt heavy and ****ty. Probably couldve gotten 5 out on deads but I was already struggling trying not to soil my pants so I just left it there. Gastro sucks major ass
When I was laying down on my bed the other day I recorded the sounds my gut was making. I should upload it for the lols. Sounds realllllllly fkn weird/scary/not good. Anyone know where I can upload about a min long mp3?

This is my last run of Madcows. Going to start fresh next Monday with a nice reset and then once I stall will be switching to something else!My Madcow Journal - http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=136450181

Really pissed off at the moment. I was hoping to start off with a nice and comfortable week but nope, everything was fuken hard. Why am I struggling with these bitch weights? I'll see how I go for the rest of the week before I change anything, hopefully it was just a **** day. Seriously wanted to kill someone after the 5th rep on squats was a grinder. My Madcow Journal - http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=136450181

Deads were a lot easier than last week (only managed 3). Prob had another 2-3 reps in me. Incline was just as hard though
I'm going to continue on as normal on Friday but 99% sure I'm going to do a massive reset on everything for my last run at Madcows this Monday. I really want to start off comfortable and not with grinders like I did this week. I'm going to look over my previous runs on Madcows when I went a lot further and copy everything. No bs accessory exercises, apart from calves.. come at me bumlife.

So decided not to reset today just to see how the weights felt.
Used my belt my top set with 145 and it was pretty comfortable. Definitely easier than Monday's squats. I don't think I'll be resetting now on squats after today.
Bench was allllllllllllright I guess... Not as easy as it should be but wasn't too hard. I might not reset this as well and just see how far I can go this time. In the past though, I've always responded better when I've reset to a weight which is easy and then built up. While Monday's weight was a massive reset, it still took me to failure. Not ideal. Gotta have a think over the weekend and decide what I wanna do.

FINALLY a decent session on squats thanks to my cheater belt. Nah, even without it I would've gotten it comfortably I reckon. 125x5 on the previous set was very easy and I can usually gauge how hard my top set is going to be from that. The 145x5 was nice and smooth! Very happy I didn't reset
Bench was much easier than last week as well. MAY have had another rep in me but it would've been slow if I did. Last week the 5th rep was to complete failure so least it's getting easier.
Looking forward to belted deads on Wednesday!
