Basically it's this---get 2-300g a day of lean protein (forget the shakes), and veggies (no carrots or corn or anything with a lot of calories) for 12 days---no cardio, only lift 3 times over the 12 days, have a carby refeed afterwards to get your hormones back.
You'll lose 3-4 pounds of fat, and about 10 pounds of scale weight.

At that low of a body fat you need to lose weight slower or risk losing muscle. Even with proper protein, a severe deficit could still make you lose muscle. If your doing this for a sport or a weigh in, you could water deplete yourself. If your doing it to look good, you wont be able to lose more than 3-4 lbs of fat without losing muscle.
