you can't get skinny in 2 days, so you shouldn't be too worried about blowing all your progress in 2 days either. The real problem is when you stop paying attention and let things continue down that path. The fact that you're bothered by it and still care enough to pay attention I think means you're still on the right track
I went from about 245 to 195 over 5 months, and there were a number of times I had a few days in a row where I blew my usual diet. I'm still going strong and losing fat though. I think it took me until I got down to a size I was happy with before I could let go of my impatience to lose weight, but now I just look at it knowing that there is no finish line. I plan to be staying healthy overall for good, so if I have some crappy days along the way, it's not going to make a dent in the long run.

I eat an infinite amount two days a week plus beer for a good 8 hours once or twice and I've lost 25 pounds in 10 weeks.
And I mean infinite: last weekend was 3 large pizzas from dominoes, kfc, coffee shop pastries, corner store milkshake, mcdonalds twice. No bar that weekend but typically you can add minimum 2 pounds of wings and at least 12 beer and several more rye and cokes and dinner with friends at a restaurant to the above and you'll see my typical weekend.
Dont worry about it.

This definitely. I was on a cut and ate a day that was about 20k calories and the following day I ate at a buffet. Although I regretted it afterwards, I try not to have a cheat day often. I gained 8 lbs that day but I managed to put those calories to good use early on following day and I lost that 8lbs along with another pound. Just get back on track with your diet and you should be good.
Cut # 1:
March 21st, 2011 - July 17th, 2011
Lost 65 lbs.

BF % : 18 %
Bulk # 1:
July 18th, 2011 to N/A
Begin weight 140.2lbs
BF %: 14 %
Goal:
Put on some muscle mass!!

OP i had 2 months of bad cheat days, i was down on myself for a while about it and its not worth it. Your not dieting down for a contest and your not on any deadline. Today is a new day and so it tomorrow, get back on the horse and reach your goal. Now you know what to do, allow yourself a cheat MEAL every week or even a cheat day but dont over do it. Food is great and and life is more important than bodybuilding you'll reach your goals stop stressing on it.
