Iv been doing MMA and Wrestling for awile now and want to bulk up some. Any 3 day splits you could recommend me? Ill do MMA 3hrs per day, 3 days a week. And then the weigh lifting the other days. I want to gain mass. I'm 14y/o 5'8 140lbs. Thanks

IMHO, 3hrs per day, 3 days a week can burn lots of calories - eat well. On top of that some 3 day split for mass - that would be some program with periodisation like low reps/high intensity and moderate reps/moderate intensity - MMA and Wrestling have enough of volume with 'lower' intensity, so don't do more than 10-12 reps per sets. Consider programs with compound exercise - BP, DL, SQ etc.
There are plenty of programs out there - we are all unique, so are you - get your self program and try it for 8-10 weeks, then change it.
p.s. what ever you do, you are 14 years old - if you train with such volume - eat ...
