    deadlift stuck.

My deadlift has been stuck at 285 for the past few weeks and I have no idea why, is something wrong with my split, do I need more rest? Less volume, more volume? More frequency?

    My current split:

    Workout A:
    Deadlifts: pyramid (25%,50%,75%,75%)
    ATG Squats: same rep scheme
    Power clean: 4x3
    Calf raises: 3x12

    B:
    Bench press: pyramid
    OH press: 3x5
    Rows: 3x12
    Bicep/tricep isolation superset.

Try eating a bit more and try adding like 5lbs, build up from there?

Deadlift once a week 4x5 building up to your max.

Add 10 lbs a week until you fail then reset.

This worked really well for me when I did it, althugh I did 5x5 but it doesnt really matter

Also, is your squat stalled as well? Increasing your squat max will also have some carryover to the deadlift

Thank you all so much, this is all useful advice. Come to think of it, I probably started off with 5x5 once a week and it worked well. Ill also start to eat more. My weight stalled but my squats doing alright. Still increasing by 5 each time
