    Hypertrophy or Strength?

    Hey brahs, I was wondering whether It was ideal for me to go for hypertrophy training yet vs. The strength training I've been doing.

    Weight: 153lbs.
    Height:5-9
    Age: 15
    Lifts:

    Deadlift: 300 lbs.
    Squat: 250 lbs.
    Bench: 170 lbs.

    Am I ready for hypertrophy or should I get stronger in your opinion?
