so today in college we was messing with the weights in class on my fitness instructing course and I manged to bust out 5 reps with said weight, most of the class were mirin like fuk and half the guys said 'whooa fuking hell thats strong that mate'
theres like 25 people in the class and only about 5-6 of them have similar strentgh to me, and only 1 looks like he lifts by real life standards..
still feelsgoodman, I feel alpha as fuk and feel hench now even though I'm far from it

I would say it is mate tbh how many ppl you see in the gym doing 30kg proper form for solid reps? VEry very few, rarely ever see lads do that, only hitting them 30's now myself

Really? I used to rep 30kg each side, pre-hiatus for 12 reps and I thought it was weak as phuck. Now I'm back down to 4 with terrible form, feelsbadman.

As many mentioned already, chest press with 30kg dumbbell could be impressive only to underage girls, even though getting them into postition is quite tough thing.
Shoulder press would be quite impressive. Personally I'm only on 20kg level now and 25kg for chest. But for sloots and non-lifters anything gonna be impressive.
