not long ago someone was making beleive they were a supplment company rep . they got a bunch of addresses and turns out they were not legit . how are we supposed to know if we are dealing with a legit rep ?

im aware of the directory . but if bodybuilding.com had some kind of logo ...... or just something that stood out in the reps signature or avatar , that would be a big help . i can easily put gaspari rep in my sig ...... you know what i mean ?

Reps are not partnered with BB.com. Somebody who put a rep tag in their sig, for a legit company, and was not actually a rep for them would likely get banned.

All of the 'real' reps have to be listed in the Company Directory.. so if you're unsure, look there

why would they get banned ? arent they "helping out" the supplement company ? working for them ? who are these people then ? like i said i can post a thread right now and say im giving out this and that . someone that knows nothing about the directory will go ahead and send there address

Some people will do anything for free samples.... like sending their home address to a random. Sorry, sending their parents address to a random.

It would take no more than 2 minutes to check and find if the "rep" was legit.

it looks like the whole Everlast thing got you and hopfully a lot of new members thinking at least, if you are not sure and it looks too good to be true it most likely is. consider a lesson learned and move on. It would take about two minutes to check the rep listing or PM a mod of you are not sure.

I remember that thread you and a bunch of other noobs gave your address away because you were drooling over free samples.
