Any high protein moderate fat/carbs/sodium microwave meals that anybody can recommend? When Im in a crunch for time I always turn to the healthy choice ones but there is generally not much meat in those bad boys.

Grab a couple of those Steamers. Some of the chicken ones are 20~ g protein around 250-30 cals.
