    best tricep exercises?

im 15 and i usually give arms a whole day but like i've said on another post i want to fill in my schools uniform sleeves befor august 4th (my school starts) and they told me to train my triceps more and it'll help

so yeah im going to be doing another tricep workout on my chest day and i was wondering what exercises would be best for tricep mass or just a general good exercise? i just need 3 different exercices

if it helps i already do tricep kickbacks, dumbbell lying overhead extension, and lying overhead pulls (with a dumbbell)

    thanks

Try close grip bench press and regular bench press

If you aren't making progress then eat more protein and fats and try adding weight to the bar

Dips, close grip bench, dumbell extensions, and skullcrushers.

Pick a few of those, and do dips for sure, since this is also your chest day.

Decline skull crusher to close grip bench(with skull weight obviously) that destroys my tris, as well as heavy cgbp, and french press.

Yeah, I'd say Dips are definitely up there along with Skull Crushers and/or Incline Skull-Crushers... So I'd find a way to work some of those into your workout they're excellent mass builders.

And like human4e said do the dips weighted if you can, if you can't do dips try Close Grip bench Press

Hell yeah dips all day and lean forward while you do them so you can hit both tris and lower pecs seeing as how it is your chest day anyways.

Close grip bench is my favorite triceps exercise, but I have to admit that skullcrushers and overhead triceps extensions do more for mass (for me). Overhead triceps extensions give the "sagging" triceps look that makes your arms seem much bigger.

If you still need to fill in, there's no way that it's going to happen within one month. There isn't enough time to go from having noticeable extra space in your shirt to full sleeves. You'd better buy a smaller shirt.

As far as tricep exercises go, over-head tricep extensions, dips and close-grip bench press are exercises that I like.

An overlooked exercise is overhead extensions with a hammer bar (the guy is curling in the image with the bar, so ignore that):

My triceps are probably my best body part. By putting this exercise in my routine, it helped develop a lot of mass.

My faves for building triceps, without doubt: Weighted dips, close-grip bench, single arm extensions, cambered bar extensions, decline skull crushers, pushdowns. Unfukwithable.

in my opinion for triceps you can never go wrong with skull crushers, cg presses and dips. those are 3 big mass builders which will truly pack on the mass to the back of your arms. but dont neglect your bi's now. dont be one of these guys who has a huge tricep and no bicep to go along with it man. hit everything hard

LOL bro, I'm like pretty certain he meant it in the "literal" way, add weight if your not getting results.

At 15 and your experience level OP for quick results.

    1) // bar dips

    2) bench dips

    3) "narrow hand" pushups

These can be done anywhere, anytime, and you can add additional resistance for continual gains using weights in backpacks, dumbbells between your legs, or even a dipping belt if you have one.
