best tricep exercises?

Through trial and error I have found a triceps workout which is very simple yet I feel it has given me the best gains.

Just two exercises, in this order.

- 1 arm dumbbell overhead tricep extensions (hits the long head where the majority of tricep mass is)

- decline close grip bench press (once pre-exhausted from the previous exercise, these will finish off your tris).
