If you take something like battle fuel are you still considered natural? Also is battle fuel one of the better ones? Just wondering a guy I know takes them and loves it.

Your body = a building under construction
Food = bricks
Hormones = workers
(supplements = worthless decorations)
You can bring in all the workers you want, but if you don't bring in extra bricks for them to use, they can't do any more work.

You don't NEED to take a multi. Vitamins only help if you have a deficiency. Sheeple.

And make sure you look at the people suggesting natty test boosters. Note their pics and stats. 99% look like it's not working.
Keep in mind that there is NO test booster on the market that is shown to increase muscle. It's a scam, and only a fool buys them. But they're big money cause supptards like to believe there's something more out there than hard work in the gym and hard work in the kitchen.Your body = a building under construction

Show me one single shred of evidence that shows that the increased free test FROM OTC TEST BOOSTERS increases muscle gains. There is NO such evidence. Period. It wasn't a bash on you. I have no idea why you're being defensive. I never referred anything to you.
My background is diverse and includes supplement development, pharmacy, medical, and psychology. Not that you care, since people will argue anyway. But that's not the point. The only background you need to have is an ability to read to see that there's a reason that they claim increased test but they don't claim increased LBM. Being that it's marketed for bb'ing purposes, wouldn't you have the evidence posted EVERYWHERE if your test booster increased LBM? Sure you would. That's a no-brainer. But "oddly" there's no such evidence. Oh yeah, cause it doesn't happen.Your body = a building under construction
