Yeah I lifted last Friday, just did a ****load or squats, jerks, deads and cleans with lightweight, going to start SS tomorrow arvo as I'm working from 8am-11pm today sigh. Thanks for the support guys!!

Workout was great, squat form is on the up and everything else was easy. Had a mad chest pump from the dips for some reason. Going to stick to sets of 10 for rows too for the moment. Weighed in at 155, gotta gain a whole lot of weight to push up to that 3 plate squat!

why four sets of squats?

Cos the second set was not perfect, did some more. Diet will be massive for me, just ate a chicken burger with egg and cheese, solid 700 Cals to go with 1200 cal tandoori chicken with rice and Greek yoghurt.
