Im not going to sleep tonight because, i had to do a bunch of things and before i knew it it was already 1:30 am...so if i were to go sleep, i wouldn't be able to wake for summer school tomorrow! Which absolutely grinds my gears because after 12 o clock its near impossible for me to wake up on time, can't risk the late.
Anyways, im just curious since i did a workout today-ate right, drank dat water...Whats happening to my body without the sleep?
*Edit* I hate doing this but i feel like once in a while it's worth for the long run, yet it's dissapointing knowing my workout could have went to waste today because i worked out, ate but im not resting properly **** man.
