    3000 calories ( I tried 2600 calories on my last mass but I barely gained weight - 6kg in 1 year =\ )

    well, what's your maintenance? see the sticky on calculating cals and macro's if you don't know it. that's how you'll figure out the proper surplus. as for your macro's, they're fine.

    13 lbs per year is a good gain. If you made very little strength gains it means your routine is garbage. I hope those cardio numbers are for a week (or 2), not a day.
