3 plate bench is still a liiittle off, but make no mistake, it will be done. I've waited my whole life for a 3 plate bench. Can't believe I'm actually this close.

Overview:
So I got away from my no spotter rule today... All I did was just try to be cautious, because I've never done this many reps at this weight. And what do I get? Spotter touching the bar during the 3rd, 4th, and 5th rep... The unrack felt surprisingly great, the warmups felt great, but then that... I'd love to say that I woulda gotten 5, but there's just no way I can say that. The first 2 reps felt good, so you can take that for what it's worth... So I'll go ahead and repeat volume weight and intensity weight next week. Frustrating when it feels like I wasted this past week... Right back to the no spotter rule, thanks.
Anyways, on squats I've gone +70 lbs. on my rehab without missing reps until today. So I'll lower the weight next workout, and continue to work back up. Again, more frustration, because I feel like a simple strain and a 2 week setback just completely wiped away any squat gains I had recently. Just tryin to stay patient and keep on grinding.

Hate it when the spotter steals your reps! 
Repeating the week is a good idea though. You want to be sure you can hit all 5 reps by yourself before going further. As for squats, keep working at it bro! Think back to how far you've come on your rehab

Easy as you go on squats. Caution can be good.
Dont use a spotter....miss a rep and then roll the bar down over yoyr torso and ballsack onto your thighs.

Nice work in here. Spotters are always stealing people's reps. That's why you never use them unless you really know that person. Sucks to hear on squats but at least you are squatting now.

1st set, setup sucked.
2nd set, unrack sucked.
3rd thru 5th set were solid.
Last set, last 2 reps were paused. Very last rep of very last set, even paused, that rep flew up. Bench strength has never been this strong. Feelsgoodman.jpg

Also threw in some sets of Chinups and WG Pullups
Overview:
On the very first rep on the very first warmup set for squats, had some tightness in my quad. Not sure if something brokedown form wise, but as the warmup sets went along, it seemed to go away. Still felt it a little in the worksets, but definitely nothing major. Gonna do some extra glute and quad stretching now. Something to monitor for the next few workouts.
