Sorry I didn't log last week fellas. Been really busy lately. Workin a lot of OT right now, probably like a lot of other people with the holidays approaching now.

Overview:
I'm doing squatting by feel right now. The 275 triple felt a lot better than I thought it would. I could've had 5, but just decided to stay with the triple for now. For some reason, I decided to close my stance a little. It wasn't completely Oly-style, but I closed my stance and my feet were pointed in a slight angle. Maybe consciously I did it to take the stress off of my hammies/glutes.
Bench today felt ok. The second set of 245 didn't feel all that great and the last rep was even a slight grinder. Bounced back on the last set and it went up a lot better. Really gonna try and make the effort to eat like crazy, because I've made it back to my arch nemesis weight of 250, which I've never done for even 1 set of 5 reps, let alone do it for 3 sets of 5...My log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=136366931

Good to see your squats are getting back up there with no pain. When do you think you'll start introducing some volume?

Thx man. As far when I'll get back to volume, I honestly don't know. Like I said, just playin it by feel for right now. But if things go well this week, I'll probably start volume again the following week.
I definitely hope I get 3x5 of 250. Been haunting me for a few months now...

No, I just meant that I'm going by feel as far as easing my way back into moderate squatting or increasing volume. I want to go back to the linear 3x5, just trying to figure out when and if I've had enough rehab time to go back to 3x5 now. That's all. lol

Short workouts, just got the main stuff in. Been real busy lately. 285 squat felt harder than I felt it should've compared to last squat workout with 275. Next squat workout, gonna do volume. Just a matter of what weight I wanna work with.

I'd try to get in some squat volume even if its at light weights. Volume at lighter weights seems like it would be more beneficial than a couple heavier singlesPRs: Back Squat- 410x1 / Front Squat- 320x1/ Bench- 325x1 / Deadlift- 505x1
