I love to throw in a fat asssss pinch at night and just browse through the forums and sh.it lol but the thing is i heard smoking reduces testosterone and is bad for lifting, does smokeless tobacco reduce testosterone as well? I always throw in a lip before i go to bed and i want to continue doing that but if that mean lowering gains than i must stop it lol.

Teens on here who constantly talk about smoking and drinking obviously aren't that dedicated. Just stop, and go lift some weights.

In the long run, It's going to be your downfall but we all have an opinion, a right to make our own choices, Sometimes we make the right choice, sometimes we don't and that's the beauty of making mistakes is you learn from them, There were alot of mistakes i made when i was 15 and they made me a better person today. Keep doing what you want to do and personally i don't think smoking or not smoking has anything to do with your determination or motivation as a body builder. It has everything to do with you trying to ruin your own health though but don't worry you'll learn.

You kinda remind me of myself when I was your age. Had an eating disorder at 14, worked my ass off and succeeded. So I'm definitely proud to see someone else doing the same.
Tobacco itself isn't that bad, but it's the road it's going to lead you to. Tobacco now, what later? Trust me on this, don't do any of that **** now. I made mistakes at your age that I regret. You'll thank me later on.Driven Sports Craze Review
