I think I injured my wrist, mainly by playing tennis with a less than desirable racket. (too heavy.)
Now, I've only had this happen once before... I rehabilitated it in about 2-3 weeks. but now, this one feels slightly more painful than the previous one.
I just want to know what's the best way to heal an injured/sprained wrist? I just can't move my wrist downwards and I really need it to heal in less than two weeks (preferable one week), Because i'll be having tennis tryouts in about two weeks.
This also obviously affects my lifts by a percentage, which isn't good.
any tips?
