    Bodybuilding and tobacco

    As mentioned before nicotine is a bad constrictor. If your blood stream isnt flowin correctly your body can't get the nutrients it needs especially during strenuous exercise. Although for you knuckleheads flamin the kid constructive criticism is alot better. In Arnold's days of bodybuilding nearly all the major bodybuilders smoked? Did it hinder their
    Progress?? Yes probably to an extent? Do you want to be average or above average? Think about what you want to see in your body and mold it. If quitting dip will help you get there faster, then quit. Yeah it's probably tough but so is eating and lifting til you puke in order to grow.
