    Macro question

I have been bulking for about 4 weeks now (currently 192 lbs, about 15% BF). I had been eating 273/441/80g (protein/carbs/fats) at 3570 cal, and i seemed to be gaining more fat than i wanted. I thought maybe i am sensitive to carbs or something so i changed it to 277/334/120g at 3530, thinking i wasn't getting enough fat for a bulk. Anyone experience the same thing? Also, does this seem like too much protein?

If you're gaining too much it's a matter of decreasing overall calories, your protein's fine, you could decrease the fats down to 70g or even 60g and play around with the carbs so your surplus isn't that large. You only really need 200 or even 300 calories at most a day over maintenance...it'll be a surplus of 1,000 per week and...for half a pound of muscle/wk, that's perfect. Anything else is now passing onto fat gain.
