From personal experience I was up to two gallons at one point last year and didn't notice a difference in sweat. My carbs were very low as well (<200g). Recently I'm sweating ridiculous amounts of 400g carbs with one gallon. I think it's more of an intake/carb thing.

Yeah to a point I would think. If you're dehydrated you definitely sweat less. If you hydrated or more hydrated, I don't know that you will sweat more. But obviously if you keep sweating, you'll get dehydrated unless you keep drinking.Originally Posted by ontclone

I think there are a lot of variables involved, relative humidity, ******t air temperature, body temp, electrolyte balance, etc. Even some prescription and OTC drugs can effect sweating.

Test it out. Go stand in a freezer and chug a few gallons, see if you start sweating.
