I'm in the process of fixing my diet, so I can start cutting correctly.
I calculated my macros using the Total Metabolic Forecaster. My macros to lose 1lb a week are: 193g Protein, 139g Carbs, 98g Fat.
The food I have been eating throughout the day only give me around 43g of Fat. I'm guessing I should try and fit more Fat into my diet, but I'm not sure how.
1) But first question: Is this enough Fat consumption during a cutting diet?
2)If not, what are some foods that I should add in that have Fat?
Thanks in advance, everyone.
