Hey people, kinda new here and it's a blessing I've found this forum. Learnt so much during my past 3 months here and I finally got my macros and caloric intake sorted.
Story: I started lifting in December 2009, however the first 12 months I was completely clueless. No knowledge whatsoever in lifting, nutrition or supplements. So let's count those out and say this is a progress from half a year.
Half a year ago I gained 25 lbs (160-185) after dirty bulking for a short period (3 months with creatine) and I was pretty big I thought. Decided to cut as I wanted the abs to show, and here I am today slowly working my abs to the point where I can start bulking again, this time with a little caloric surplus.
By judgding the pictures, where can I improve and what do you think of my current form?
I really wanna get the abs out within a month and then start a slow bulk.
