Kewl
The photo is a little blurry, maybe I need a better one. I used to be over 300lbs and now just trying to get down into the 8-10 body fat% Problem is that my rips start to pop out more and more and that does not look good either.. So I need to try to fill out more somehow.. I also have extra skin I wish would tighten up.... I have always had a bad looking chest and no I cannot bench much, I have been cutting for so long it seems like that I lost most of my strength..
