Holy ****. That's some sick progress in 6 months? i can't even believe it. You say you lost 40+ pounds, but you look like you gained at least 20 lbs of muscle, and many inches in your arms?

if not, are you a natural endomorph/ecto or what. Also plz aware on your diet/workout plan. Thanks

Gotta understand I was a lot of muscle in those photos. I was just really fat. I was at a 42 inch waist and I'm at a 36 right now.

Those diets are what I've used to achieve this.
