Guys, i am 14 yo, 5'9(175cm) and i have 77kg. I can touch the rim (when i warm up) only when i jumo off one-foot. When i try to touch the rim off two-foot jump, i can't. I can jump higher off one-foot, how is it possible, i see a lot of dunkers - they jump higher off two-foot jump. How can i jump higher off two-foot and is it possible to increase Vertical just of plyometrics?
Some people jump higher off of one foot than two, you may be one of those. If you're 14, start on a good beginning strength program. Developing your lower body will increase your strength, which allows you to develop more power, which you'll see in a higher vertical.
