Vitargo for Carb up post workout Shake?

Will Vitargo worth the $ when using it post workout after the muscle depleting workout before the carb up? It says that it is the fastest absorving carbs possible, about 70g per serving so it comes to mind to refill the muscles after the mentioned workout. Thoughts??

    Thanks a lot!

Definately not worth it. Regular sugar is fast enough.

The sugar compound in Vitargo is good because it is very dense. It means that it packs more energy. I'm pretty sure its not faster than old regular glucose.

I've used it and would agree not worth it, but for 10-15 g PWO it does work and for 35-70 grams to start a carb load, it does minimize bloating.

There are 8g of carbs on my protein (Hydro Builder) that i drink post workout, are those enough? How many carbs more or less are needed post workout? I read that those doesnt counts towards our daily 30g, correct? Im 6'2 , 240, about 18% BF.

    Thanks in advance
