    Best value for money weight gainer?

    Looking for a weight gainer which people would consider best value for money.

    I can get 10kg of MAX'S supersize (50g protein - 750cals) for $180 which is so far the best value I can find so far.

    However, one serving is three 40g scoops, so drinking 2 shakes a day = about 6-8 weeks worth....which is what I get out of 4kg of pure whey protein.

    Any suggestions?

    homemade gainers are an awesome option, but if time is your enemy, Beast has a new gainer coming out called Gargantua so keep your eyes peeled for that one

    fruit, EVOO, EVCO..

    too easy & convenient to make your own shake, without having to resort to pre-made, over-priced, sub-par profiles..

    get homebrand or coles homebrand oats.. $1.20 for like a bag that lasts you all week.

    eat it how ever you want and get in enough protien for the day..


    dont waste your money on gainers bro.. really expensive BRB 3 kilo tub lasts you 3 weeks for $150..

    get goldstandard whey 10lbs for 150 (lasts over 2 months at 2 shakes a day) and oats for carbs

    This. Gainers are ok if you have the money to spend and want the convenience. But I just eat my oats with my protein shake in the morning. If I need want more calories, I'll eat some peanut butter. Just takes about 10 extra minutes and saves you a lot of $.

    Like everyone above stated save yourself money and the guesswork and buy your own ingredients that way you know exactly whats going into what youre drinking. Saves a TON of money too.

    The thing is, I am that lazy that I will happily pay extra for the convenience of having it all in one powder...especially because half of my shake consumption is at uni or work....I cannot foresee oats and peanut butter mixing well just from shaking my little wire ball in my shaker

    I just eat them with the shake. Some people mix them togehter, but i just eat the oats right of out of package without cooking them and the peanut butter right out of the jar.
